The work: A New Fundraising Event
The client: The Fort LeBoeuf School District Foundation
The Fort LeBoeuf School District Foundation has been working with PAPA to create their first annual fundraising event. The event date, theme, location, entertainment, menu and marketing plan were developed in conjunction with the FLB Board. The “1st Annual FLB Foundation Harvest Gala” will be held at Port Farms on Saturday, Sept 5th and advertising efforts are currently in high gear!
The tone of all marketing pieces were carefully crafted to reflect the exact tone of the event, especially due to the fact that this is the first of its kind. We chose to use a wood texture from the Port Farm’s barn along with a vibrant color palette and custom graphics to create a warm yet laid back energy.
A few key elements of the campaign included save-the-date cards, event posters, invitations, billboard creative, a new website and social media marketing. We could not be any happier with this campaign and would like to thank the entire board for all of their hard work and dedication to help launch this event. We cannot wait to toast to you and with you on September 5th!
